One of the things I was okay with spending money on for the wedding was a monogram. I wanted it to be designed for us and I wanted to be a able to use it forever. I'm pretty excited about this new last name of mine!
When I told my Sweet I wanted to get a monogram designed for us he had the wonderful idea to get an artist who designs the artwork on albums design our monogram. My Sweet is a biiiiiig music fan. Like, huge music fan. So, he was put in charge of the whole operation. He ended up contacting a company called Forefathers who had done album work my Sweet had liked for a few different bands. They were great! They set up this "chat" link through your e-mail. The artists would draw up something and then post it to our chat board and then we would say yay, or nay. It was super easy and we had a lot of fun doing it. Here are some of the sketches they came up with!

| The was the initial sketch. I was so amazed when it looked like he had actually drawn it! |
| Number 2. |
| Adding the circle around the M changed my life. I was in love with the circle! |
| This M was a little too manly. |
| And these last 2 are the finals. In love. |
| We asked for both a black and white version. |
And then the madness started.... these are stamps I ordered of them.

You may be asking, madness? What madness? Well, I just want everything in my life to be monogramed now! Stationary, towels, pocket squares, art-you name it, I want it! I have been able to incorporate it into a lot of elements of our wedding. Keep coming back to Wedding Wednesdays and you will see how!
