Words of Wisdom from Mom: Great Mother's Day

Hello everyone. It's Danielle's Mom and I'm back for another Friday post!

I want to share with you the the three most beautiful women: My Mom, Danielle, and Chana.

As we spend time on mothers day to reflect our love to our moms, let me start with my own Mom, Val( or Gram). She is all the wonderful things you can imagine- she can find good in everyone, she is caring, sweet, kind and a very gentle person. If you combined all of the adjectives for the word "good" they would describe my Mom. She is WONDERFUL in everything she does.

She has been my mom my whole life (40 something years) and I am sure I loved her the whole time, but I didn't realize how much until I reached about 25. That's when she became wise. Okay, so maybe she was wise the whole time...

That brings me to my own girls. My daughters, Chana and Danielle, are so much like their Grandma. Although I didn't appreciate my Mom until I was a bit older, I have always felt my girls have appreciated me; they respect my opinions, ask for guidance as they need it, and never forget to tell me I'm loved. I want to thank my daughters for always making my Mother's Day special. Children are the reason we have great Mother's Days. 

I hope that any of you Mothers out there have as wonderful of a Mother's Day as I am sure to have. And, if you aren't a Mom, make yours feel special!
