Marm on Monday

I am all about the little things in life. The details. Those seemingly insignificant acts of nothingness. Coincidentally,  my Sweet is wonderful at producing them. Case in point:

Last week (or was it the week before?) I found the above in my purse.

You may not know my love for Caribou. I love it. I just do! The taste, the smell, the feeling I get when I'm on my way, when I'm there, and then sipping it. So, you ask... why is this "gift card" so great? Well, because I am frugal and only allow myself to buy Caribou on vacation. My sweet and I have a budget; and part of our budget for this year was to give up something we spend our money on and don't need. He gave up soda and I gave up Caribou. Well you can imagine my enjoyment when I looked into my purse and saw this! My heart melted, my face light up, and I had the biggest smile on my face. It's the little things, I tell ya!
